    Bulking Cycle

    First off, I'm new here and thank you in advance for all your advice. I have done a couple cycles before but certainly not an expert. I was wondering if anyone could lend me some advice on what the best bulking cycle would be based on my stats below?

    Male
    27
    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 144
    bf- 4%

    I workout 5-6 days a week and i'm in pretty good shape. Although, as you can tell from my stats i'm pretty lean. I have some good lean muscle and definition but I'm looking to bulk up a bit. I have tried naturally but its very difficult as i have an extremely fast metabolism. I have a pretty well balanced diet. i don't eat junk and try and keep my diet as clean as possible. I'd like to get my weight up to 160 or so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

    I am not flaming you bro but 4% bf? Post up a pic so we can see. At your height and weight I am thinking your nutrition is lacking.

    At 4% you would see your whole circulatory system at your weight.
    The term pretty lean doesn't conjure up images of 4% bf that's stage ready

    i will post up a pic soon. Idk i got my bf done at a gym it could be wrong. But i am thin you wouldn't look at me and say i'm fat. I was a track and field athlete. Its quite possible my bf was a misreading.

    BF% is more than likely a mistake. but if not, great for you!

    Can you list your previous cycles for us? Include any AI, HCG and PCT if they were used. Thanks.

    Its possible I'm wrong. I'm not messing with you guys. I will post up pictures soon. I'm just looking to put on some mass. Its been extremely difficult for me to do so thus far.

    You are going to need to hit the nutrition forum. Even with aas if you are not eating enough you will not gain.

    You didn't answer a guy above you regarding previous cycles and what was used including pct ai etc.

    My cycles have been amateur at best I did a winny and test e cycle a long time ago. I forgot the exact dosage but the purpose was for endurance and strength. It worked. i also did a D-bol only cycle. I know thats a no-no but seriously in a week I put on 4 pounds at 25g a week.

    I was told maybe if I go up to 4000 cals a day with some type of d-bol cycle then pct with adex i would be good. Sound right?

    I was told clomid works best for pct but I only ever had my hands on arimidex

    correction I did 25g per day of dbol win i used it not per week. sorry

    No PCT for previous cycles, then you faked yourself up that's why you cant gain. Go get bloodwork done

    You still want to do 20-30 minutes low intensity cardio 2-4 days a week just help with preventing injury and keep your heart and lungs in shape.

    Just remember when bulking its best to do cardio after lifting so you don't wear yourself out and you can put all over your energy into lifting and if you go to a cutting cycle to do your cardio before lifting to boost your metabolism

    Just think the better your heart and lungs are in shape the more oxygen you are able to get in your system and you are less likely to get winded sooner

    Forget the juice for now man. You have alot of research to do, this is a great place to learn. study, cycle, ai, and pct. I was very similar to you, track athlete and boxer, weighed 145 to 150 most of my life. Took me a while to learn to eat right. Its all about nutrition. Without it you will fail.

    Ant...Yeah I hear ya. I'm not to worried about getting winded. I'm not too worried about getting winded and laying off the cardio for a couple months while I bulk just because I spent my entire life being an endurance athlete and i don't think a couple months will hurt.

    I have been told arimidex works okay for both post cycle and during cycle routines. Whats the story on it anyway? Anyone you asks gives you a different answer.

    Adex only for pct is bad cause of possible lipid problems and estrogen rebound once you stop your PCT. i bet your libido was none existant. It's ok for PCT but not the best, could be used along with nolva/and clomid if you feel you need to lower your estro levels

    Adex is am aromatize inhibiter what would be the point in that of you are not adding extra test to your system? Bro honestly you are asking very basic questions that you should no before running a cycle. You need to research and get your nutrition dialed in before cycling.

    I feel like right now my Cardio is pretty intense. but I haven't been giving my self enough Cals to really gain weight? idk.

    specificly no idea. I don't count count my calories mostly bc I never had too. But I run 3 miles a day. By run I mean RUN.

    I run a sub 6 min mile easily.
