    Been reading up about starting a var 6-8week cycle at 80mg a day! Any tips or advice im looking at var as its a first cycle and what ive read is a good starter!

    What price should i be looking at? And are 10mg the only dose they come in?

    There is no price discussion on this board. So that question will not be answered.

    They come in different doses, 5, 10, 25, 50 are most common.

    Let's have a look at your stats, we're looking for:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Body Fat percentage
    Training experience
    Steroid Cycling experience

    Okay sorry bout asking for price but i did read the rules and it doesn't mention about asking about price.

    My stats are
    Age:24
    Weight 189lbs

    Been going to the gym for over a year as i pulled my back and my doc told me to work on my core to strengthen it, i work as an ambulance driver and when ive been lifting heavy patients i was always pulling my back and needing to take time of work. The gym worked wonders for my strength and i had no more back pain! Apart from back days (good pain) haha

    I wasnt doing deadlifts or squats until 5 months ago since then my size has increased from11.5stone to 13.5 stone! With a better diet also!

    Ive had no experience with steroids !

    You're making tremendous gains naturally, 2 stone in 5 months N great strength? Steroids would be a waste of time and money at this stage

    I seem to of hit a wall at the mo no more gains and strength hasn't changed im still eating but im getting a belly now but starting cardio next week! I need a boost! Big time!

    My friends are on gear but have no idea they have big pockets and just take what ever they can get hold of! And when ever! So im not exactly taking advice of them thats why ive joined here!

    Try changing up your workout routine.

    Ive started doing a set of drop sets once a week on diffrent body groups ie week 1 ill do drop sets on chest and tris week 2 shoulders week 3 bis and back then 1 week i dont do drop sets and so on. Whats everyone opinions on that?

    Stick with it for 4-6 weeks and see if you've busted through that plateau. If you have then keep growing, if not then change it up again. What works for me might not work for you. But you have to give any plan time so don't get too frustrated and quit too quickly.

    Okay thanks for the info pal! Im thinking bout having a week off gym i havnt had a week of since xmas think this is a good idea?

    Yes, very good idea.

    Make sure you rest well, this is just as important for growth.
