    Long term cycle help

Hey everyone, I need some opinions on long term HRT..

I`m 43 in average shape and have been on sust 350 at 1.5ml every 10 days for the last 6 months and am going to start my pct soon. I feel great and am happy with the results and love the new zest for life that I have had since I started my cycle... I don`t want to go back to the "getting older feeling" which I was feeling before I started my cycle. I am ready to go long term if possible.

I want to know if running test c at 2ml (400mg total) every 2 weeks is a safe long term cycle. I have herd of people running test for many years without stopping and are doing fine. I`m just concerned and I don`t want to jack up my body and shorten my life span lol....

Another option I was thinking of is running sust 350 at 1ml every 2 weeks instead of the test c.. I`m just trying to find a mild and as safe as possible cycle to run for long term.. I`m not looking to be a body builder, I just want stay in shape, stay active and enjoy life.

any opinions and knowledge will be greatly appreciated.... Thanks much !!

Interesting. I would have chosen a different compound if you're going to inject every 10 days.

Anyway, Long Term cycles are not a good idea. You're not going to keep benefitting. Cycle on and off to give your body a break.

What would you recommend as far as cycle time on-off and what test?
    Thanks

Depends on the ester you choose. It seems you're not a fan of frequent injections. So I would go with long esters, such as Cyp, for 12 weeks. if you're a TRT patient (You probably will be considering your age & usage history), you can take a 12 to 16 week break between cycles.

But you'll need to list your height, weight, body fat percentage and training experience to continue this conversation. Stats should be appropriate for cycling.
