Last cycle was great . Test and DECA . With test I started with low dose and increased as the weeks went on at half way started to decrease . Is this the best way .

I would stick to one dose for whole cycle. its raising slightly in blood over time as it is if its a long ester.
eg:
wk1-14 500mg teste ew
wk16-20 PCT
wk1-15 AI


for the deca i would stop it like 2 weeks sooner than the test.

I prefer test the same all the way through, if your taking E or C, it will slowly rise and slowly decrease when finished anyways...

Just double checking the syringe I use is a 3 cc 1 inch needle 22 mm . And 1cc = 1000 milligrams . I hope I got the amount right .

2 and cycle will be in 16 weeks . As for pct. Still taking Stane from ar-r . And liquid Albut from ar-r .. lots of vitamins . Fish oil . And vitamin E . Eating lean healthy foods .

I know what albuterol is. You don't need an AI during PCT, you need clomid and nolvadex .

14 days after your last pin you need to start your PCT, so in 4 days

Clomid 100/50/50/5
Nolva 40/40/20/20

They are the daily amounts for each of the 4 weeks.

You really should have had all this in place before you started. Lots more research next time please.
