My stats are 5'11 185-190 depending on the day and if I carbed up.. lol.
I'm around 12% bodyfat I am guessing and am an EXTREME endomorph.
I train my balls of because of this and I would like to get down to the single digit BF.
My lifts are 305 bench press, 405 squat ATG, 515 deadlift.
I am looking to take anavar for 6 or 8 weeks have not made my mind up yet, and PCT with nolvadex.
The main reason I am looking into gear is to prevent muscle breakdown due to long cardio sessions. I squat 3-4 days a week and follow a routine from a athlete I talk to. My diet has been paleo lately, and it got me to where I am now, but I have noticed strength is decreasing slightly and it is irritating.
I would like to lower my caloric intake and burn this fat off of me and be a better athlete while looking better.
I know you guys are going to say I should run test as first cycle and I am not afraid of pinning, but I would just like to run something very mild first to get a feel for AAS.
