Testosterone levels on and off cycle

Hi. I'm a new member. Not sure if I'm posting my question in the right area here. I'm 5'8" 162 lbs right now, age 31.
After doing a cycle of Test and PCT, I realize it may take 4 months to have normal test levels again. Will doing a cycle of Test affect my natural testosterone levels for the future of my lifespan? Like will my natural test levels never be good again, so I will always have to be cycling on and off for many years/ Or need TRT?
Any additional info and recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

at your age I wouldnt worry about having difficulty to recover from test only cycle,
however at 162lbs(depending on your bf) seems too light.

focusing on your diet would do you more good.

    to comeback at your question:
you test level will come back pretty fast and will be ok.

    if everything is done correctly.
    you should recover alright.

however, no matter your age their is a risk, older you are less risk there is.

The risk is always there regardless of your age and you need to be aware if that. You want to put yourself I. The ideal situation to recover but even so some do not. Running hcg , an AI and a good pct will give you the best chance of recovery
