Question Week 7 - Test Cyp Beginner Cycle - Should I Increase to 750mg per week?

Hi there! I'm on the EXACT cycle austinite recommended in her "my first cycle" thread.

I'm on week 7, I've noticed results but not anything major at all, infact I've lost 3lbs since starting (I'm also on austinite's fat loss stack, so that might be part of it). My supplier told me that it may be a good idea to increase my intake to 1.5cc every 4 days, vs. the current 1cc every 4 days to see better results.

What are you thoughts on this?

    Thanks!

Results are all driven by food intake. How many calories above your TDEE are you taking in? You have to eat to grow.

Your supplier will almost ALWAYS tell you to increase your dose. It's in his interest, not yours, to advise you to use more, buy more. He has a conflict of interest. Stick with what you are doing and get your intake in check.

Austinite is a he, not a she. Just to clarify.

-I got some fat right now, do I really want to be pushing more calories?

-Austinite is a man, but every time I see an austinite post his female avatar is in a different pose.

Lean size. Think Beckham, slightly bigger than ryan Gosling. I don't want to be HUGE.

As close to this as is sustainable: http://connectwithwellness.files.wor...uscle-body.jpg

Clean diet and intense training will u do u good and ur current cyp dose. i assume its 500 per wk. Takes time man, gotta walk before u run. Meaning a a couple moderate test only cycles under ur belt and then u can possibly introduce some other compounds to ampifly ur gains from previous cycles.

Then you should be cutting that fat. You'll get far greater benefits if you lower your bf BEFORE you try adding a lot of muscle. It's not impossible to add LBM and lower your bf but its far more effective to focus on one goal first. Reducing your bf will lower estrogen levels, create a higher receptor affinity for test and drive better results.

As was said, you gotta walk before you can run and there are no over night miracles. It makes more sense to me to get that bf down and then focus on a nice clean and lean bulk.

I guess the answer would be zero. OP, seems pretty straight forward. If you want to bulk and you're losing weight, you need to eat more. This is true on or off cycle. Now if you're trying to cut, that's a different story, different recommendation.

Your food scale is a far more powerful anabolic than any steroid .

Don't feel embarrassed, lol it throws most all the newbies for a bit. Ha! I may have been here a month before I found out. It's funny sometimes I'll be telling my wife when I refer to Austin as "so she said", oops , he and I've been here close to a year.

In laymen talk about your weight loss. At some point in the beginning of your aas career you will lose fat faster then building muscle.
Hence you might drop fat pounds until your gained muscle will show on the scale. ...crazy mike

This seems to be what's happening. Alright well I'll just have to eat more, and cut later. Stupid fat, grr.

You will see better results if you get that bf down first. To each his own, however.
