Multiple compounds...how to know what is working and what isnt?

    Hello everyone,

I'm currently on a test-e cycle. 11 weeks in with one week to go (12 week cycle). Also, obviously doing the arimidex eod .25mg. 250 iu hCG every 3.5. Also have pct lined up too. Amazing gains. I've gained a considerable amount of muscle and my body structure is completely dif. Getting a lot of complements in the gym and blood work mid cycle was all in line other than my thyroid which has always given me trouble.

My question (finally) though is my next cycle (I'm planning on starting 18 weeks after my completion of pct) I'm planning on adding dBol to my regimen of test-e 500mg/wk. With a confirmed test-e that's legit and works how do you know if the dBol is working with another compound in the mix. I obviously can't take dBol solo to see if it's good, nor do I want too without test. So how do you know if the dBol is good?

    Thanks!

Well, now you know how you react to test any difference when you add d'bol should be from the d'bol.
    NO SOURCES GIVEN

in my opinion since test alone worked great for you I'd stick with test only for at least two more cycles or so before adding anything else.

Yeah, as for sides I knew that. I was just wondering if adding another compound should you tell a dif or quicker gains? (If the dBol isn't bunk, genshi & roid+, and my diet is in line, which it is. Following the stickies on this site and my nutritionist/coach) thanks dude!

Agree 100%. Thinking about going one more 12 week cycle just test e 500mg/wk before adding anything else. But that will be in another 4-6 months till I start my next cycle. Sounds good, thanks Bass, you're amazing.

If there is any doubt your dbol isn't working it's probably not good.

Dbol produces fast big gains. One week in I feel much more aggression in the gym, amazing pumps, and i will start gaining weight. I would not use dbol as a finisher. IMO it's a kicker. It will kick start your cycle. If you used it at the end of your cycle you will blow up then shed most if not all the weight it produced.

Dbol produces mostly water weight with some muscle mass, but it gives me insane workouts and strength. Personally I love the stuff other than the gains always seem to slip away for me.

Bass is right though. If you had excellent gains from test only do it again. More isn't always better and you will only gain so much on a cycle regardless of the compounds.

Yeah I started the cycle at 16% BF @ 208 and now I'm 14.8% Bf @ 214. So I'm making pretty good gains. I think I'll just do another cycle with just test and wait to take this dBol I have maybe after cycle #2, we'll see...

    Cycles:
    1) Test alone
    2) Test + compound A
    3) Test + compound B
    4) Test + compound C

Keep logs of doses/frequencies. then you can start mixing and playing with mixing them now that you know the results of each. Think of test as a base. It's always present so not part of the data you get back. Always run the test in cycles where you're testing a new compound at a maintenance dose (~250 - 300mg/wk) so it is not a variant factor in the results.

It takes a long time but eventually you will know what works and what doesn't for you, and what your optimal dosages are.

I take so many different compounds that I really never know how they work individually, I just know they work synergistically well together.

Maybe that's a good idea with what Java Man said if you wanna know what individual compounds do. Talk to Java, Ashop.
