Any info would be nice
Good evening I'm new here and have lifted off an in for several years. I'm just about to get back into now that injuries have healed (not related to lifting). I have taken halo test in the past and actually had really good results. I am looking to start a cycle in a couple of weeks.
If anyone could possibly help to point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Would be good to allow your body to adjust to lifting before you jump on a cycle

Yea make sure you do your homework before you start a cycle.
Make sure you have everything before you start
Make sure you have pct (nolva and clomid preferably)
Look up AI it's overlooked but important
And make sure you take the right quantities for the right amount of time
To many people just know someone at there local gym that can get a tub of dbol or they buy 10 ml of test and haven't a clue what there getting themselves in for
But just by being on here your on the right track.
