How long to wait till cut after test e bulk cycle

Have just finished a 10 week 500mg per week test e cycle. I am starting pct in a few days. How much longer after finishing this cycle should I carry on eating excess (bulking) to keep gains from the cycle before I can cut?

Calculate your maintenance calories and drop to close to that. Do not let up at the gym no matter how crappy you feel. This is where gains are kept. Keep the lbs up and keep pushing. Do not overtrain.

I would definitely adjust your carb/protein ratio accordingly since growth is not what your after or you may maintain the same weight but lose muscle. what does your pct look like?

I would think you would want to let off the gas a bit when it comes to eating. But keep on crushing the weights.

If youve just done a bulk keep cals 500 above maintenance whilst in pct then adjust to maintenance for a few weeks before you cut.

I'd wait until PCT is over, go on for a while, maybe another month and everything should got stable. if you don't feel big power loss, you should be fine, at least in my case
