Back at it again
Hey 30 year old male 240lbs looking for a new cycle. Or at least some suggestions approx 5 months ago did a test E, tren a, and Tbol cycle and got great gains and strength went thru the roof so much infact I herniated my lower disc in my back. After a full recovery obviously I have gained some unwanted weight.
I have gained about 25 lbs
So obviuously looking to slim down abit but maintain my thickness I am a Endomorph body frame and am currently on a keto diet
I'm thinking of leaning away from the Tren this time any suggestions !!!!!!!

get your bf% below 15 with diet. train for at least a year before jumping back. You probably were not ready last time (or bad luck) that's what caused injury.
No rush as you know bad things could happen

Diet before you cycle is what I would do.
