I lost muscle pump! Sympathethic overtraining!!!!!!!!!
According to the doctor I have increased sympathetic tone.
I started to train like an animal and I became increasingly stim and stim, I was literally extreme hyper. I lost all my pump and blood vessels vasoconstrict.
I am not able to totally able to calm down, three months off from training and still have increased symp. tone. Do you think you could help xanax??
I do not want to be overtraining 4 years :-(

Highly doubt it has to do with overtraining. Overtraining would make u lethargic and tired and would rectify itself with just a few weeks off, not months.
U might wanna switch doctors if ur doc said its cuz of overtraining.
My guess would be an overproduction or excessive release of catecholamines. Only way to know for sure would be to see an endo doc.Last edited by Schwarzenegger; 03-26-2014 at 12:15 PM.

Lower your weight on lifting and work on your form . Form is everything when it comes to stimulate muscle If your on any sort of pre- workout get off them for a while ! Try switching your workout routine too ... So many options out there - Hope this helps you

Listen to these guys, they are all doctors on here. I would suggest you might look to some one who has had experience with this exact thing, instead of listen to everyone guess based on a 3 paragraph statement. If you want to know about the cns, sympathetic nervous system research Paul check.

3 months grinding my teeth, it has some connection?
Can overproduction of norepinephrine or epinephrine cause loss of pump?

I do not feel the muscle pump on trenbolone acetate, tst propionate , anavar 75mg/day. Strength goes up, but muscle pump is completely gone ON this hard cycle! My God, what is it? I'm dying? This is not normal!!!!!

I feel like there's a language (and possibly education) barrier here that is making it hard for us to understand and help you.
Why are you so worried about pumps?
It sounds like you just suffer from anxiety.
And are you on cycle, or not? Because in the first post you mentioned that you've taken 3 months off from training; and in your last post you mention that you're on cycle right now.

"overtraining causes the nervous system to stop pumping blood into the capillaries"
Can be this problem??

What are you quoting from?
You need to stop doing whatever you're doing, allow your body to normalize, and go see an endocrinologist if you're still convinced that there is something wrong with you. We can't help you with so little information and all these random theories you're throwing around.
Or you could start by providing us with your stats, a recent set of vital signs, training history, medical history, diet, medications, etc (in a clean and legible format, please).

Well, my stats
179/94kg bf 9%
and train for 8 years.
700g carbs/a day
no meds, only steroids sometimes.
I Had to do a complete examination of the kidneys, liver, heart and blood vessels, minerals and cholesterol was fine.
My problem came last summer after a half year break.
Just my first training after the break were absolutely insane and I was getting extreme pump. After a few days I began to gradually lose muscle pump and started to manifest euphoria and increasing stimulation and stimulation of the training and I started bruxism and pupils got widespread than usual.
I tried to avert cycle with anadrol , tst enan, deca durabolin , but basically came only minimal water retention and strength.
It must be something hormonal, as bipolar disorder or ADHD do not suffer and never suffered.
Occurs to me increased levels of adrenaline that causes constrict blood vessels in the muscles and dilates blood vessels in vital organs such as the heart, brain, lungs ...Last edited by mikulas88; 03-31-2014 at 02:26 PM.
