    Interesting Pre Cycle Bloods - Have Q's

    Quick background / stats
    32yrs old - never cycled - never touched a PH
    currently 5'7 - 180lbs
    160lbs in avi.

    Had bloods done 5 months ago and compared to today my total and free testosterone shot up!

    Free test is now flagged as HIGH!

    However AST and some other things are a little off now.

    Changes from then to now;
    - 10lbs lighter(loss in BF/water)
    - Consistently taking 5000iu's of D3 with a fatty meal every day
    - Added Acidophilus upon waking
    - Added Digestive Enzymes a few meals a day
    - Added NAC 600mg before bed
    - Creatine intake has been a little higher, 10g a day.
    - Bumped up my Arginine and Citrulline dose a bit, take it religiously before workout. 2g Cit, 5g Arg
    - Cut protein powder consumption down from 2-3 servings a day to half a serving a day. (more real food!)
    - Last 3 weeks I've been giving myself a rest day after legs, sometimes after back, never used to do that.
    - Replaced sublingual B12 with B12 shot EW for 3 weeks prior to new bloods

    5 months ago
    Total T: 673 348-1197 ng/dL
    Free T: 13.53 5.00-21.00 ng/dL BN

    Questions;
    Drop in WBC/Neutrophils and increase in Lymphs/AST - am I fighting something and should I be worried?
    What should I do or change?

    Really considering post poning joining the dark side for a bit now with these #'s.
    Maybe keep doing what I'm doing and reassess in 6 months.

    Would love input.

    Thanks,
    Drew

    Odd that your free T is so high. I wouldn't worry about AST too much unless it is consistently waaay out of range. I can't help with the lymphs and wbc's, but besides those, that is a really good looking set of labs! Good for you. I would also be nervous to F with such good numbers.

    If u started to work out after your last blood work
    That could be it
    With frequent work out your test level should improve

    Been lifting for quite a few years, I haven't taken any substantial time off.

    As far as pre bloodwork, it was about the same as last time 5 months age, lifted hard the day before.
    Took blood about 2 hrs after waking, both times.

    Agree with Ballsack. I would not touch anything just yet. Your numbers that are out or range are "barely" out of range and nothing to worry about. Hell, simply working out will elevate AST/ALT values for up to a week. Surprised they're not higher.

    Keep doing what you're doing.
