    Blood work: E2 value

    Hello Folks,
    i've the result of E2 in my "on cyclc" blood work.

    E2 = 44 pg/ml

    My cycle is Test Enanthate 250mg/w and Deca 300mg/w with Aridimex of 0.25 EOD.

    I guess i should raise AI to 0.5 to get an ideal E2 value.

    Prolactin is 6.17 ng/ml and i think it's good.

    What do you think ?

    Thank you.

    Are you noticing any sides or issues from E2? If it is in range then there should be no issues. Risking bottoming out your E2 is far much worse than it not being ideal especially at the low dose test you are running.

    Had to convert to pmol/L to know the range....160 on a 20-242 range....

    Leave it alone and get back to pushing iron!

    Actually, i remember to feel better and more strength when i tried for 1 week to raise the AI dose at 0.5mg EOD. With 0.25 i felt good yes, but sometimes without energy. I don't know if it's to E2 related, but i remember when i took 0.5 EOD, my sense of power was better. Anyway, i think that is not a critical value.

    This ^^^. And remember, if it's not a sensitive assay it tends to run higher as it's graded for women and simply not sensitive enough to be accurate for men. This in and of itself causes guys to unnecessarily take more AI than needed.
