someone experienced please help!
hi guys its been a while since ive had a cycle and id like to start back up again. here is my plan and let me know if you think its good.
Dbol for 6 weeks at 30mg per day
Nolvadex for 4 weeks at 20mg per day
Clomid for 4 weeks at 50mg per day.
this is how i will train:
Mon:Chest
Tues:Back
Wed:Legs
Thurs:Shoulders
Fri:Bis/Tris
Sat:Rest

Okay... where to begin.. I don't even need to ask your stats here though go ahead and post them.. You are not ready for steroids . Not even close. An oral only cycle is absolutely terrible for you. If you can't pin you aren't ready for a cycle. Also if you ask if you should lift everyday or every other day you clearly don't have a foundation of lifting knowledge in place. I strongly urge you to NOT do this. What were you planning on for PCT? The size of the holes in this post would intimidate Anna Nicole Smith.

First, my new member friend, no posting sources. It's against the forum rules. Second, dbol only cycle is not recommended by anyone on this site at all (I hope). For starters, it will start shutting down your natty production, which I suspect is important to you. Start by reading all the important stickie threads. Educate yourself about how to run a complete cycle, including AI's, hCG , and a proper PCT. Remember, there is no rush in life. Put the dbol aside for a later day and read up and learn. Then, ask your questions. Best of luck!

You must be under the impression that Dbol is a magical pill... instead of reading bunk posts about dbol only cycles, get into the gym, do it for a while, learn to eat right and leave the AAS out of the equation before you f**k yourself up to the point of no return. I only hope that your dbol is not real. Anyone that knows you enough to sell you dbol is not your buddy, they are making a quick buck off of you and you are going to do some serious damage. How the heck do you come across AAS doing pushups, situps and watching workout videos in your f**kin living room......I hope you spend more time educating yourself before you start eating dbol

There are no great dbol only articles. That's assuming you care about your health and endogenous testosterone production.

Mate,
You need to learn to eat the right way. Master that first.
Here is a very basic nutrition plan for you. I've made several assumptions just to illustrate.
Your TDEE is somewhere around 2500 cals/day. For you to grow, you should be eating around 3,000 calories a day. Observing a very basic macro split, this would mean 40% of your calories should be coming from protein, which in this case would mean eating about 300 grams of protein a day.
Don't think you should do this with big macs and fries. You need to learn to eat clean, whole foods. Avoid processed foods. Plenty of veggies. Drink water, maybe some milk, but don't over do it. Avoid over relying on protein powder. It is pretty handy, however, at the end of the day to fill in the cracks. But most of your protein should come from whole foods.
Learning proper body building nutrition takes effort and time. Read all you can, and learn!

lol. i updated the post. cant pin what? whats pin. no i was just wondering if anything would change my normal workout schedule since ill be doing this cycle. like should i lift sat and sun also to get the most out of the cycle was what i was wondering.

You will blow up from the dbol whilst taking it thinking it's good muscle but as soon as you stop all that lovely water will disappear and you be back to square one except you might not be able to get Hard anymore. Bullshit cycle mate don't bother. And training questions in the training section bud

I would like to say these dbol only cycle threads never get old but it's like Groundhog Day around here never fail. I wonder if www.dbolonlycycle.com is taken? Imagine the traffic! Oh, and pinning is fool proof a six-pack exercise you do while you sleep.
