Looking for cycle advise. Please help!
5'11" 193lb 20% body fat 39 years old. Been taking 200 enathate a week, HCG , and blocker. Just added Trenbolone Ena 200 a week. Can or should I up amounts for better results? What if I add 250 sustanon to the mix? Please advise. My 6th cycle over 3 years. Thx!

My goals are to gain more size and not take on any more fat. I'd love to lose some fat and I know my diet is to blame. I am working on that. Just wondering if raising my amounts and or adding sust would help. Austinite I am estimating, I am not sure how many cycles as my time on test alone has been long. Hormone therapy place here assures me I'm fine being on 10 months and off 2 as long as I run hcg all the time. Not sure what I'm doing or who to believe! Which is what led me here.

I don't want to sound like a d**k but bro ur 5'11 193lbs @ 20%bf and you have done 6 cycles.. you really need to put down the gear and junk food...Cardio and a proper diet and you will see great gains...

Not offended at all, I'm here for help and I appreciate the advise. My diet not terrible actually (could be better) but definitely not enough cardio and too many test/deca stacks trying to bulk. Been researching on this site, great info. 200 test and 300 tren just started with a nice diet. Hopefully this cycle will make a dent!

Make a dent at what bro? You either need to bulk or cut on cycle and if you are at that high percentage of body fat (I know you are estimating) then you need to adress it NOW before the fat keeps increasing and you get off cycle and have a ton more work to do. Lose the the fat, accept what you have for muscle tissue and build on it from there. You need to change your strategy fast so dont keep on adding compounds.........work hard on your diet and training and think of the sauce as a means of NOT losing muscle tissue while you shed fat. Throw the lean bulk idea out the window, you just arent there yet for that.

This is a troubled situation, 5'11 with 193 @ 20% is a very poor foundation for gear, plus that much bf will give a lot of cells for the estrogen to convert. If you are dead set on doing it this way at least go get your blood tested and go read up the SARM's forum.
It would be a lot safer to go on gear with 15%, that 5% is only 10lbs. If you dedicate yourself you can lose those 10lbs quick and be in a better position to then build upon.

Really going to lock down diet. Blood levels are all ok, I get levels checked every 3 months. Taking AI blocker and getting Prami or Caber this week to run with Tren . Thanks for the advise!
