Injection Questions
I did a delt injection last night, 1" needle. Today I feel a bit of soreness in my bicep, as well as shoulder. Is it possible that the oil leaked down to the bicep somehow? Will this make the dose less effective?
Thanks

Your body will still absorb it. What length needle did you use and did you go deep enough?

1 inch for the delt is deep...
If you have small delt maybe you went too far...
I personnally inject with 5/8...
Leave a little lump but I find 1 inch to be long and scary for my delt XD

**** it, I'll stay on topic.
Someone suggested a 1.5" needle for glute injection. I feel that's kind of long. Would a 1" suffice or do most people use 1.5" for glutes?Last edited by Jcz85; 08-10-2014 at 06:04 PM.

Will a 22 gauge needle be too painful for ass injections? (1.5" long)
I just did a 1" 25 gauge and I feel that it might not have gone deep enough :/

22 gauge 1.5" worked perfect for my ass cheek. I have minimal pain the next day.

Get Big Black Earl to come by with those wonderful lubricants of his and go to work........
I would say give it time and if it gets worse in the next few days see a dr. That happened to me a wk ago, I freaked out, couldn't walk, but it went away. I think the problem was I didn't use a long enough needle because when I use a longer needle, I have not been that sore.

I heard a very good bit of advice on avoiding PIP, when you inject do it slowly at a rate of 1 cc per minute. My first couple of pins I injected rather quickly being nervous and all. I got PIP one time along with some flu like symptoms. Then I tried injecting very slowly, taking 1 minute to inject 1 cc, and I have not had any PIP since.

Newbies almost always panic. PIP is likely going to happen, more so if you have little to now experience injecting substances. Learn to inject slowly and go deep into the muscle. 1 inch needle minimum for most areas (I only do 5/8 on triceps and biceps).
There are so many possible causes of PIP. Many, if not most are NOT infections. If an infection does occur, then of course, seek medical intervention, but the majority of PIP is caused by inexperience. Take your time, relax, and commit to the injection once you start.

Long needles are scary as ****. I just use 5/8" sub-Q for vitamins. I d probably end up doing subQ for roids too

Dude don't do subQ... I did a quad injection and some of it must have leaked subQ because I only used a 5/8th needle.... I could not walk two days later and had to call in sick to work, that's how bad it hurt. That was two weeks ago and my left quad still is tight and sore when I stretch it. You want to stick it deep in the muscle and go slow....

The pain you feel from a little needle stick is nothing compared to other forms of pain!
Go tear a muscle, blow a knee, dislocate a shoulder, break a few bones and then we'll talk about pain.
A needle is nothing. People create the fear and only believe the pain will be excruciating.

If you shoot any more than 75mg SQ, you'll wish you hadnt.
Honestly, if a little needle pick is that much of a deterrent, steroids are not for you.
Wait until you're unlucky enough to get an infection. That little needle pain will seem like fun times compared to the infection.
