they say, a male child could be born with a vagina instead of a dick...
Is that true?? Its my Gf, she wants to take it against hair loss, and she's not taking any AAS
she would start with saw palmetto and see if there are some results

Finasteride and dutasteride are both FDA pregnancy category X, which means that they cause fetal abnormalities and should not be taken when pregnant. By the way, her hair loss could be caused by many different things. If it's not caused by too much androgen in her system, it is not going to help anyway, and there are a lot of side effects, even if she doesn't get pregnant.
