    never used steroids please help

    Hi new to the whole body building ( just starting with weights and eating good) ive been looking to get into ORAL steroids to start out and would like to know the best way to use. Cycles, amounts, times, and food intake.
    Not familiar with abbreviations sorry.

    1. Winny + test. How to build a "cycle" length and dose. Cant do needles thanks.


    Ive heard this is a good start. ( leave suggestion of other starters)

    A little about me
    Male 26
    230 pounds
    5.7
    Usually eat once a day ( going to change that)
    Just starting to work out.
    Assuming close to 15-20% body fat. (Help with how toget proper calculations)
    Im looking to get HUGE asap!

    Do you think Nascar drivers started out learning to drive in a Nascar?

    SLOW down, as you said you just started working out. You have a good 2-3 years of solid training you can do and will grow naturally at an incredible rate with a proper diet.

    Adding any type of steroids, especially oral would not be good. I know people THINK oral are safer but they are not. They are harder on your body because they have to pass through the liver and they are toxic. Ive seen my liver count after taking an Oral and my doctor sent me for all kinds of test thinking I was going to die. lol Note to self, dont go in for blood work on cycle....


    I'm 5' 7" also (use to be 5' 8" so I still say I am) and when I was 215 I was 25 - 30% body fat so I would say you are probably closer to 30% That is another good reason to NOT use any aas. You body will produce extra estrogen and you could end up with bitch tits.

    OMG before anything get your diet figured out. 1x a day is a death sentence. I eat.... all day long and when on cycle get up during the night to snack at least once. No wonder you are over weight. I dropped probably 20 lbs just by eating 5x a day, smaller meals and added some fruits and vegetables along with healthy snacks like nuts.

    You need to get into the nutrition section and get things figured out. Dont jump in asking for a diet. Start reading the sticky notes at the top and get an idea of what you need to do. It's not just all about calories and fats, well it is but there are a lot of different types of calories and fats, some are good and some not so much.

    Dont get disapointed because you dont get to hear what you wanted. stick around and continue learning so when you are actually ready to use aas you will have a good understanding of how they work and what you should use.

    Steroids don't build good looking muscle, unless you've trained hard for a number of years. I see guys on holiday "muscled" up. They may as well wear a sign saying "I take steroids but haven't trained any where near enough". Don't look a dick, train regularly for 2/3 years. Then you might be ready.

    Not going to get disappointed in what anyone has to say. Just starting to gain facts and info to make the best decisions possible. Thanks for the info. But I would still like proper knowledge. Im in a stage of documentation. Then implementing my findings the best safest way possible.

    This is why I have come here to learn. I wouldnt have known that its a fail to start with it right away. Love more info on original topic and good starting points. Like workout routines and eating habbits. Thanks.

Just go to the top of the page, click forum and take your pick of what one you want to start reading/learning more about.     Op ; Don't EVER feel discouraged about being natty and learning a good training regimen , along side a suitable diet . 1x per day I think I'd be locked up if I was restricted to that ! Like anyone would say , AAS is not magic and it will not be beneficial if you are taking in the right amount of cals and proteins everyday .

    Yeah trust me I know. When I 1st joined I started to realize how much there was to learn and it's one of those things where the more you learn the more you realize there is. lol

    Take it slow and steady. Read a little most every day especially in the sticky notes but then also watch/read the users post questions and you will get a lot of out it without even asking. That does not mean you should not ask questions though, feel free.

    I'm just trying to return the favor of those who have helped me through the journey the last 6 years.

    Get the basics down then start venturing into other things like AAS, now is not your time, Diet and a solid training routine is a MUST, you will grow without a doubt the second you are consistent with those two things, after a few months start throwing in suppliments, like fish oils, vitamins, creatine, etc..
