First Cycle Check Over
Hey everyone! I’m sure you’ve seen it a thousand times but any constructive feedback towards my planned cycle would be great. I’m 26 and looking to start my first cycle as I’ve felt my lifts start to plateau. I’m currently 185cm, weighing at 85kg with roughly 13% bodyfat.
I'm going to bulk on 3900 with a macro breakdown of 30% protein/45% carbs/25% fat through food with supplementation of creatine/L-glutamine/Fish oils/Multi-vitamin and protein powder if necessary.
This is the cycle I plan to run.
Week 1-12 Test e 500mg per week
Week 13-15 Have off
Week 16-17 Nolva 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolva 20mg per day
Any constructive feedback would be great to ensure I don’t stuff this up. Thanks

I would run 40/40/20 or 30/50/20 for a macro split. You need to run an AI on cycle ....adex @ .25 eod is a good starting point right up until pct and hcg @ 250 ius twice a week right up until 3 days prior to pct.

Is this the correct way for EOD on Arimidex ? Or is it better to have a constant mg amount each week?

So if i play AFL in AUS which is a sport consisted of repeated efforts in explosive power in forms of sprinting and vertical jump. If I’m looking to add lean muscle while increasing strength gains with minimal fat gain. Would a cycle of anavar in weeks 1-6 help towards my goal of power = speed x strength? Or would the cycle on "planning and executing a successful first cycle" suffice in strength gains without slowing me down?
