    Epistane

I was wanting to run a four week only epistane cycle. I'm am only 18, turning 19 in March. Now I've read that anabolic supplements could potentially ruin a persons endocrine system especially whenever they are less than 21 years of age. I'm not looking to make significant gains but rather gain some strength and cut. I weigh 160 lbs and I'm already lean with a body fat percentage of 12% but I want to get to 8%. Also may this prohormone cause gyno because I have already suffered from that once before without having taken any supplements. Perhaps I am prone? I don't know. I had it removed a couple months back actually and my chest looks great. I started lifting again in less than a week without issues. The woke up from the procedure with no pain whatsoever.

For those suffering from gyno, here's some good news. If you want to get it removed, insurance covers the whole procedure. You just need to go to the right medical specialist. Look for a Breast specialist and make an appointment. Also do not tell them you have taken anything anabolic. I recommend getting your blood work done before seeing a doctor. If they see that your hormone levels are out of whack they will no what's up. You also need to complain a lot and make an argument that it affects your every day life.

Your guidance is hidden in your question. PH are bad news not just for someone your age, they can be extremely harsh and unforgiving. Do yourself a favor and check out the diet thread. Natural gains can be made from diet and exercise alone.

Dude if you're really 160 and 18, you can gain a hell of a'lot of muscle/weight naturally, I suggest bulking then cutting, I was around the 170 mark about 11 months ago, now I'm 201 with little fat gains (I'm 19) don't do that shit, I wish I didn't, I ran 2 pH cycles 1 at 17 and 1 at 18 and a test prop cycle at 18, it was stupid and I regret it, I gained way more naturally. You're only 160 you have a ton more room to grow like me, and If you're just wanting to cut you don't need to run a pH at all for that just learn to diet and figure out your body. Hope this helps.

I am glad to hear the procedure is less painful now than it was in the 80's I had full blown Gyno , not bitch tits but swollen mamory glands and they removed my glands from behind my nipples and when I would pee I thought my chest was going to fall off ? I was in the bed for a week and did not think about hitting the weights for well over a month and then I had dimples in my chest !

They still did not pop back out and look normal until I started TRT and it was about 6 mths into TRT and now proper symetry that was when I was 28 and never touched juice agin until Dr. scrpted Cypionate due to my screwed up endo ? I had a natural Testosterone level of 78 and the Dr, told me it was a medicial danger not to start TRT . So like Cody stated you got to learn how to eat and as a general recommendation the pros on this forum recommend waiting atleast until you are 25 to start anabolics and never anyone take Pro-hormones !
