    Ate 5mg of adex.

    Nipples were getting sensitive, and I became quite angry because of that and in my anger ate 5 pills of adex and 3 the next day, and 2 the following few days.
    Was that a bad idea?

    Yes. Not to be an @sshole, but if you have those kind of issues from dealing with hormone management, I would back away from cycling/ reevaluate my TRT dosage and embrace some anger management techniques.

    I am on PCT at the moment, so I'm coming off gear for a while.
    I think I might have crashed estrogen because I have absolutely 0 libido.

    You have kind of strayed from your PCT protocol, I believe. I hope you get everything squared away.

    I suggest keep eating 5 a day but break it up into at least 3 different times a day.

    Is this even for real! You knew what the hell was gonna happen(well I dure hope so) 10mgs of dex in 3 days... I really question - not only your hormonal imbalance but you've got to have some kind of chemical INBALALNCE as well!
