Clen and muscle
I am using clen for the first time in my life and it is also the first illegal substance I ever used. So far so good.
My question is: should I use BCAA if I decide do go a bit lower with my calories and make my workouts harder? Or maybe if I try some IF during the weekend? Or will clen preserve my muscles? I read somewhere it is slightly anabolic and it preserve lean tissue.

It improves protein synthesis but there are lots of things that do that. I wouldn't count on clen to preserve muscle. Just supplement as your would without taking the clen
