Liver Protection with Dbol use

If I'm cycling with Dbol, am I able to use a liver protection (like Liv52) during my cycle? Will that still be effective, or should I just wait till after I discontinue use of Dbol?

Yeah, it doesnt hurt, although quite low protection from liv52.
NAC is a bit better, UCDA a notch better.

All of this do help a litlle bit but that does not mean they will completely proctect the liver, and that you can run it for longer periods. Many will still have some (reversivel) liver damage from doings orals for short periods.

Take the liver protection WHILE taking the oral.
The liver protection does not diminish the effectiveness of the oral.
NAC is the best liver protection IMHO.

just doing blood test for lipids and liver values does not hurt

there are always a few people who will develop liver damage on heavy oral cycles

I've used both nac and udca while on adrol.
Done BW on bothe cycles , nac is not even close to udca results . Ldl and Cholesterol is awesome on it.
BUT udca is a drug for cholestasis , were the bile cannot flow . Anyways udca is a drug whereas nac is supp (imo)
Udca can be dangerous in high doses and long time usage (gallbladder stone) but if you use it for 4 weeks it is safe i think.

Agreed on almost everything. Just disagree on the UCDA being dangerous, it is not a supp, but it is somewhat natural drug. I do have gallbladder stone and have been taking it for over 6 months everyday 1000mgs.

I'm on trt and NAC has helped lower my liver values which were always slightly elevated. I have high cholesterol and NAC along with red yeast has helped there as well (also slo niacin).

What about the fact that NAC has been knows to cause kidney stones? I can't find any clinical studies that show NAC is beneficial for liver protection as opposed to LIV52.

Yeah is just one of those side effects that the put it in the leaflet , even the leaflet said very rare to happen , but you know everyone is different.
My opinion : take udca while on oral steroids.

NAC is what they give in the hospital for acetaminophen overdose, as it replenishes glutathione in the liver. Oral steroids cause liver damage in a similar manner. LIV52 is just some supplement with a bunch of random herbs in it.
Plenty of members (myself included) have tremendously improved our liver enzyme values using NAC, but I've never seen much about LIV52 besides dudes saying on steroid boards that they use it and "it works fine".

I can attest to NAC, it took my liver enzymes from mildly out of range to very comfortably below the top (don't have the bw on me to give exact numbers).
