    Please Help Me :/

    Hey, Ive been training since 2012 and weighed in at 16st7lbs I lost all the weight by hitting cardio hard and got down to 9st7lbs, and basically under eating as I didnt have a clue about nutrition etc.. Im now 22 years old and been bulking since april, Im now looking to make serious gains and start taking somekind of steriod , but ive not a clue where to start or what with. Im now 11st7lbs and looking to add some muscle. Thanks, Dale

    Wtf does a stone weigh? Aren't stones of vAriable weight? How is this an actual unit of measure?

    I just googled it - 1 stone is 14 lbs

    MrFreshmaker is right. That is a good starting place for your first cycle. Buuuuut...

    You are too young and too inexperienced to cycle. First you need to have diet and workout in place before even doing a cycle. If you cycle without already being able to do a good work out all the money you are spend will be a waste. You need to up your weight through natural means first then after you reach the plateau go through a cycle.

    Often wondered this... Why not go fully metric when it comes to weight. Every other form of measurement in theUK is.
