Running a tren cycle
Hi guys, im looking at running my third cycle. I have previously ran a test e at 500mg/week and test sus at 600mg a week for my second cycle. I have had a more than sufficient break between cycles and now am considering running a tren stack. Can some more experienced people offer there advice on what would be a good starting point for a tren cycle.
Stats -29 yrs
Height - 5 11
Weight - 176
Bf - around 8%

I agree, eat more and if your cycling again, go Test only again.
Food will get you to your goals more than the tren .
I also advice to leave tren for like cycle 5 or more, theres nandrolone and orals etc to mess around with first. Save the strongest when your starting to pateau/and have gained cycle experience

IMO you will be wasting money cycling. You need to get your diet/ nutrition in check. Post in the diet/ nutrition section. There are some really knowledgeable people on there that can help you.

Yeh i know guys that 176 sounds malnourished but ive just finished a cut. Im guessin im around 8% but goin in for a dexa this week to see exactly where im at. Ive cut down from just above 200 pounds. Gaining the weight naturally isnt a problem. I respect your opinions that i am too inexperienced to be dealing with a heavy drug like tren . Thats why i was posting. To get experienced opinions.
This is a pretty recent photo. Probably a little leaner now.

I'm 5'8" and got up to a lean 185 before I ever touched AAS. Put more effort into eating properly before you start taking steroids

Looking nice and lean there got a great base to build some size now
Eat big and clean to try and maintain that lean look you have worked hard for, keep the cardio up. Life heavy and eat eat eat. I think you would be good to go running another test only cycle, maybe try test and nandrolone (deca )

Thanks mate. Ill start a lean bulk this week and guve it a few months to see what sort of gains i make off it and report back if im still interested in running a cycle
