The simple answer is 14-18 days from last pin. What is your planned cycle, doses, ancillaries, and pct? What are your stats?

sust has a really slow ester in it, i would do it 3 weeks after last pin. if teste or cyp 2 weeks.

14-21 days after your last SUST injection you can begin PCT.

18 days is the best time after the last pin depending on dose. Many run a cycle of 10-12 week.

Thats 21 days

I would go 16 or 18 days with sustanon
