I would just shoot your usual dose and continue as normal

If im taking a shot monday and thursday and i forget or cant, i just shoot as soon as i can and switch the days

So if i was mon / thurs and missed a day i would just shoot straight away and switch to tue / fri for the remainder of the cycle

But saying your due your shot kind of now/tomorrow i would just stick to your usual dosing schedule, dont worry about that 1 missed shot, shooting twice the amount tomorrow then shooting again monday is still going to cause unstable blood levels in some respect

    OR

What i would do is just shoot now (wed) and go wed / sat for the rest of the cycle, it will all balance back out and i highly doubt you will notice anything

Ive done it almost every cycle, no biggy

Just shoot your reg dose ^^ like Tax stated

You inj 500mgs at once will actually spike your T levels(by doubling your dose) not keeping them as stable as possible

With long esters its not that much of a problem especially forgetting just a single week. Shoot it all and don't worry about it.

My bad, I must have confused you with someone else.

I missed a shot or two when I did my first long ester cycle.

It's not that big of a deal.

Just resume your normal pinning schedule or start a new one.

It will only become a problem if you miss pins on a regular basis.
