E2 too low again / Joint pain again?

my joints tonight hated me. ALL OF THEM i think my e2 is too low again. sex drive has staggered. at 24mg/ml i've been taking .5ml daily as well as .3ml prami dosed at 1mg/ml.

this didn't happen last work out.

    400mg deca / week
    500mg test / week

eating 600cal below maintenance. diet is stupid clean. eating lots of fish and ocean things too.

    drinking lots of H-2O

rep range has been 6 - 9 / drop sets, negatives, partial reps, slow repping -all in a 60min window.

    strength is still there

it's weird because I feel like it's not the type of workout i'm doing, but instead something else like low e2. i know going heavy can cause issues with soreness of joints, but i know the routine isn't the issue. the low sex drive is probably my number one indicator

It's near impossible to know what's going on internally without blood work.

Test E2 with blood work. And you will see where you are.

I don't understand why you're having possible e2 problems if you had mid cycle labs.

well funny thing is i was at home messing around when my joints hurt. todays session in the gym no problems whatsoever... did high intensity. sorry guys. i thought there was something wrong.

    feel great at the moment

    pre fatigue
    6 - 9 reps
    lower reps
    slower reps
    isolation
    drop sets
    negatives
    forced reps
    hex squats to end it

last night i just did like 3 or four sets curls and bench. my joints felt so angry. now nothing

If you do bloodwork test uric acid.

Gout is due to uric acid crystals depositing in joints, estrogen protects us from this crystals deposits.

Don't forget AAS, lower cortisol level. So the pro-inflammatory factors, could raise their level.

Had a serious joint problem myself after training over 30 yrs Dorian style but just started gh 4iu daily seams to have eradicated that , deca was the old remedy, I'd swap tren for deca in your stack, gh if budget allows

What did your mid cycle blood work read?
What amount of AI were you taking when you got your labs?

i was taking between 17 and 24mg every day. i've droped down to a little less than 12mg every day. my sex drive is now going full engine. i keep bumping my prami up. i'm at .5ml now. i'm going to slowly pump it to 1ml. -looking into roloxifene for next cycle and this PCT. I'm gyno prone.

You can just take nolva at 10mg with an AI to avoid gyno during your cycle.
No need to crush your estradoil.
Your mid cycle blood work showed your E2 a little low.

thanks dead. i had thought that i could take nolvadex during a cycle. doesn't that hinder gainz a little though? Austinite said Roloxifene is the most effective ancillary for preventing gyno

I don't know if it hinders gains. I know the combo im on includes anastrazole 1mg per week and I have made a lot of gains but I have been on it since I started a couple years ago so I cant really compare.
