Looking for Advice on Anabolic Steroids

Hey guys, I am Damion. I am 19, 6'0 and roughly 190 - 195 pounds. My overall goal is to lose these couple extra pounds of fat, and look lean. I've just been exercising for a good 9-11 months now, and I've lost about 60 pounds, and I was 250 pounds before I started. I hit a plateau though, and I can't lose anymore fat but I still have a some. I've been looking at Anabolic steroids for a while now, and now I've decided I actually want to get into using them. So I've been trying to do my research, but that wasn't working, so I'd thought I'd come here to get opinions from people who actually use them. I've been looking at numerous cutting stacks such as Clenbuterol with Testosterone, Anavar, Winstrol, and Cytomel. I was wondering if I could get some recommendations as what to start with, and a good schedule to start out with taking them. I know I'm still developing, but honestly I am probably gonna try it anyway, and I just want to reduce the risk of anything happening with advice from other people, instead of going in blind with it.

hi welcome to the forum...first thing I would do is read the stickys at the top of the forum page especially the planning my first cycle thread...from there you will learn that cycling at your age is ill advised as you risk permanent damage to your hpta and endocrine systems but since you have stated that you are going to do it anyways hopefully you will realize you need to take this one step at a time cycling test first...there is no point in stacking first cycle as you will receive your best gains with minimal gear not to mention when the side effect appear you will know it is the test causing it...if you add other compounds how will you know which one to drop when sides become unbearable/unwanted when I see your planning on using up to 5...steroids are not magic personally I would get your diet in order and drop more fat as the more fat you have the more likely the side effects will be when you are on...also you have only been lifting for 9-11 months so again I think you aas goals are premature...you must not have done your research here because you would know everything I just said already so before you do this maybe spend a bit more time reading all the stickys...im righting this with the best of intentions for you brother not to be a jerk I hate to see you mess yourself up for life...good luck

I went the route you are looking to take. I have overcome many sides and it costs money to do that. You spend another couple of years lifting and get your BF% down to under 18% and you will save all these headaches.

    First thing to know....

COMPOUNDS are about 10% of cutting. It is diet and cardio that does what you want to do. When it is time Testosterone is all you need to put on 20 lbs of muscle in a cycle and go from girl magnet to girl killer. Be patient.

I would suggest taking a diet break for 2-3 weeks. Try eating at maintenance for a little bit just to give yourself a little break. Don't go nuts with it but studies have show that diet breaks wont slow down your overall fat loss progress. Other then that you may be just at the stage in your diet where you really have to get things dialed in to push past the plateau. Visit the diet section of the board and post what you're currently doing and they will be able to tweak it. As for the gear, I would say at this point it will do more harm then good. You may gain more muscle in the short term, but once you go through pct you will never be able to hang on to that muscle at this point in your journey. That will be tough to come back from psychologically and may ruin all your current hard work. just my opinion. Just trying to help.

I have been where you are so I know the frustration. I was once 300lbs at 40 years old, and got stuck at about 225 and thought test was the way to go. unfortunately I had yet to get my diet under control. I found my hunger greatly increase and my old food habits came back. Ya I got stronger but I also went backwards in my progress.

I am not going to preach about waiting until you are older, but the best thing I can say is work on the diet get closer to 15% BF even lower if you can but at 15% you have established a good discipline for diet and training. build from that.

here is a bit of my progress. Not putting there here for praise but to reinforce I have been there and know the struggles and frustration you are having.

best I can say is this has to become a lifestyle and expect a lifetime of slow positive changes.Click image for larger version.

Steroids are not the answer! You may say you are willing to take the risks but that is your age talking.Beacuse when you have ED problems no libido depression 10yrs down the road you will say you were young and dumb. You got some good advice here I suggest you follow it.

you just have to remember OP, people are very quick to substitute PED's for hard work. Those people never get the results they were expecting.

I would highly suggest you wait another 6 years to start anything. If you've only been "exercising for 9-11 months" you don't have any sort of base to go off of for steroids to be effective. Steroids are not some sort of miracle drug you put into your body and automatically become a lean mean fighting machine. The fact that you've lost 60 pounds in less than a year says a lot about you. You need to look for motivation, for me its classic Arnold videos on youtube, but there are tons of motivational videos out there..not to mention pull from your family and friends, they should be your biggest motivation if not for yourself. Prove the nay sayers wrong and push through the plateaus and tough times. The compounds you listed above are for experienced adults who have already ran multiple cycles and and understand their body's reaction to the compounds. This is still a positive place to be for health and nutrition information, i would suggest heading over to that section if you have any questions regarding diet. We also have an outstanding section on workouts/plans. If you have questions, always use the search bar first because its probably been asked before, but if you can't find what you're looking for there are a lot of well educated people here with plenty of life experience to help along the way.

Its refreshing to have a young person actually listen to the advise they came here soliciting and not just hear what they want to hear. Says a lot about your character. good on ya.

Op I also use to be very heavy. At my heaviest I was 324lbs. I cannot urge you enough to get as lean as possible before ever using steroids. Really focus on your diet. At one point I really got stuck. I had to really experiment with my diet. But once I got it right and dropped that last 20lbs it changed my whole look. I recommend doing as much as possible naturally. Once you get alittle closer to your final goals you can look at possible using fat burners such as eca,t3 and clenbuterol. There are also appetite suppressants that could really help. There are other "fat burners" but you will have to research those. Good luck and keep researching as much as possible. It took me about 2 years of research before I felt I had a good over all understanding of all the things we as bodybuildings use. So I would say you still have some work to do!
