So is it best to keep your gear in the fridge or can I just keep it in a cool dark spot like under my sink in the bathroom? I've seen ppl keep it in the fridge but have also heard it can ruin your gear.

I like to keep mine under my bathroom sink. No need to keep it in the fridge unless it something reconstituted i.e. HCG , GH, peptides, etc.

Always keep hcg in the fridge after mixing. Do not mix it until you are ready to use. It is highly perishable.

Most anything that needs reconstituted should be refridgerated.

Yeah if it is mixed with bac water it will last about 10 weeks, if it gets foggy you know it went bad and throw it out.

Correct. HCG and HGH should be stored between 2º-8º Celsius.

Oils should be stored between 20º-25º Celsius to prevent crashing.
