I'd say that although the chance exists, it is somewhat overblown.

Why TUDCA on top of the NAC?

Both are on Amazon. They are liver support supplements that are also used in the hospital.

NAC- N-Acetyl L-Cysteine. Provides protection against free radicals and toxins.
    TUDCA-tauroursodeoxycholic acid. A bile acid
Both are used for the liver especially when using orals. I have never used TUDCA and until recently have never really heard it being used.

If your needing Arimidex , then I'd guess your taking something like Dbol which is heavily estrogenic and is more liver toxic then the Adex anyways.
If your not running a cycle without Dbol, theres plenty of compounds out there that don't convert to estrogen and you really won't need Arimidex. It not only may effect your liver, but it will also negatively effect your blood lipid. no point in taking something unless your have a very good need for it (like contest prep, or being on something like MENT and DBol)

NAC is good to take year round. TUDCA is great to add in when your on cycle. I personally depend on them both (as well as other Liver aides) rather then just one or the other.. they work by different mechanisms of action, so are great together to help the liver out from different angels

That's exactly what I was thinking, so ditto on what GH said.

Tudca is the only thing that I have ever seen lower blood work liver enzymes.
