Recomp Stack? (Clean Bulk?)
Hey guys can you help me out with my recomp stack (lean bulk stack whatever you want to call it) .. I don't want to retain any water (bloat) so drugs like nandrolone are probably not the best choice for this? I've been thinking about stuff like superdrol and tren because you don't hold any water and they are pretty powerful and maybe add winstrol as a secondary drug. Thoughts?

On top of that, multiple members took time out of their day to give you tons of information about dry and wet compounds. Even further, it's your 3rd thread asking about lean bulking.
So either you are trolling or you are a 19 year old child that lacks the basic responsibility and maturity to make a decision.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Yeah , how old are you . You are creating multiple threads about clean bulking but listening to no one.
Guys here spend alot of their time helping others and all you are doing is wasting precious time .
Of you are going to need or want info have one thread . If no one really answers either wait , or read through the threads. There is plenty of info on this specific topic.
And to answer this question as I'm sure you won't even read it ,
If you want a clean bulk , just eat very clean and take wet compounds , it's that simple .
Eat alot and train hard.
There is no such thing as easy. Anything worth it requires time, sacrifice and hard work period.

Just read through the threads bro; most of the main topics are covered here.
And if you don't have a lot of experience with AAS, you probably shouldn't be considering Tren at this stage.

For now, a lean bulk is supplements like creatine, good food, weights and cardio.

My go-to lean bulk is
Test, Equipoise , Dianabol .
If your diet is clean you shouldn't bloat much. But if you are really concerned with bloat, lower the test or switch to test prop. And switch Dianabol to Turniabol.
I love EQ because you can gain good weight without bloat, you look cut and full. It's the cleanest bulker there is IMO.

Nandrolone ?...maybe u need to read more before u do a cycle.
Do u know at what testlevel for most hematocrit migth start to elevate btw?
I think noone should use anabolics before they knew that..

why would you even worry about "vascularity" when you know the main thing you need to do is 'bulk' and add a lot more muscle to your frame.
my advice, stop worrying about all the little 'aestehsitecs', being super lean , looking cut and hard, etc.. and focus on the one task of putting on muscle.
at only 19 your probably lacking a good 30 pounds of muscle . dedicate yourself solely to that task of adding muscle and forget about the little details right now . hard training (done properly) and good nutrition are going to be your go to and what you should focus on optomizing

I agree with you bro but i want to keep the bulk cleaner not super clean but cleaner so i don't gain face fat or keep it minimal. I think that using a lot of testosterone is going to bloat me because of the estrogen. I know that you like primo and anavar because of their anabolic properties and i think primo / anavar stack is going to put on quality muscle and even burn fat.
I'm going to be honest my nutrition wasn't on point - i was eating way too many calories and most of them came from fat and this made me gain fat. My nutrition is actually on point right now, i'm eating like very high carbs and protein and very low fat.
Nutrition - on point, 300 calories above maintenance, high protein, high carbs, low fat
Training - i'm actually training very hard currently focused on volume
AAS - I'm on 200 mg of test e a week. I have 2 bottles of tren ace lol
