    Injecting over “new” ink

I recently got my left shoulder covered about a month ago. I injected today with a slin pin over the new tattoo. Im hesitant in doing this, what are your thoughts on injecting over new ink?

Skin is akin if it's healed, I hit over my shoulder 3 weeks after a sleeve no issues

My primary motivation was that they don't have internet access in those African villages.
