Peptides are new and can make great add ons. Prohormones are by and large out, though the more they change, the more they seem to stay the same. Subq for low dose injections of test are in'ish, though IM isn't going anywhere.

That's all I have for now
So is it just nolva or clom as well and what kinda dosing? I’m here clearly because I’m missing that AAS life and honestly my body could use some help of lately.

This isn't a source board. As far as using gear for muscle loss from nerve damage goes, that sounds like something you should discuss with your physician. At 38 years old, your hormone levels might be low enough that they'd consider getting you on TRT.

AI has been used preemptively, but there is a school of thought presently that says AI only as needed and if nolva doesn't do the trick.
I wouldn't use nolva, except as a PCT. And AI's only as needed.

When you say as needed are you just getting blood checked regular or just telling by gyno?

By gyno and erectile problems mostly (although there are other symptoms). You want your estrogen levels high, you'll get better gains.

Well you don't know if you're going to need something to prevent gyno. unless you're starting to get tenderness. At that point, using arimidex will likely nip it in the butt.

I had my glands removed years ago.
