    considering starting a cycle

i've been working out for about 3 years now. i'm 20 years old and was considering beginning a cycle of AAS, but i figured i should wait since i probably have some more growing to do. i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to break through some plateaus i have and how to get the most out of my workouts before i turn to AAS.

You're RIGHT ! You have ALOT more natty growing to do.For me breaking a plateau always means changing up my workout routines and diet.

first thing you need to realize is this is a marathon, not a sprint. so if you really are dedicated you are going to be lifting weights for many years to come.

progress doesnt happen in a linear curve, there are peaks and valleys. just keep at it and keep learning all you can. personally i went from 150 to 213 naturally, but that was over about 6-7 yrs of serious training and eating.

what are your stats? bf%, height, weight?

you should wait until you're 21 to make sure you're fully done growing.
