pct help
im looking into the near future and wondering about pct. I am a roofer and do repetitive heavey lifting and running up and down the ladder and am wondering if this is going to be a bad thing for pct?? if so can some one give me some advice on how to minamize the effects.

I wouldn't see anything wrong with physical activity while on pct.

You will be fine...... Just make sure you up your calories durring PCT.

thanx. i thought i read somewhere that many repitions of wieght in pct is a bad thing. basically thats what roofing boils down to.

I always train through PCT........ and I train the same way I would the week before I started........ Like I said the most important thing to do is to raise your calories over what you were at durring the cycle. This will help keep you from getting catabolic and lose your gains.

i always increase everything in my diet and train pretty hard during pct. in my mind i still feel like im on the cycle. it makes for a smooth transition.
