Im 21, 5'11 170lbs. Ive always worked out 5 times a week and now work on the road so I quit for 10 months. Im coming back strong and am very ignorant on nutritional and supplemental information. My goal is to prepare myself physically and on a knowledge basis for steroids. I've been reading all morning about steroids and have decided I'll do thr mature thing and get where I need to be before injecting. Any help on nutritional and supplemental advice? Im probably 15% bf maybe 20. And response will be greatly apreciated by myself and other noobs
