Ok so i have been on my diet for a month now and i have lost 4 lbs .I dont know what I am doing wrong . I have cut calories and I am taking in a lot more protien now but I'm still not seeing results !!!!!!
ok so this is all new to me I decided to start my diet this week end as of right now i am 5'2" and 136 . and i am bond and determined to get my 25 year old body back .
