Ok so i have been on my diet for a month now and i have lost 4 lbs .I dont know what I am doing wrong . I have cut calories and I am taking in a lot more protien now but I'm still not seeing results !!!!!!
the only way you will see a quicker weight loss is by doing regular exercsie ive lost 35 pounds in 4 months i just do a 1hr cardio every week day and eat a healthy balanced diet.
