gday all,
i am looking at hitting test E somtime next year, just a little about my self ,i have been doing weight lifting for about 4 years and over the 4 years i have had good changes as i started off at 135kg and dropped to 115kg, because of a bike accident early this year i havnt realy been to the gym as i have put on the weight which has put me around the 120kg mark, i have gotten back into training as a MMA fighter also i have also been doing Muay Thai kickboxing for about 2 years. im a fit kinda person but i eat alot, i dont eat junk food its more like healthy stuff like pasta,red meat, fish, im always changing my diets because one diet might be to much callorie intake or not enough, or another would leave me bloted, so i once again have changed my diet to just boiled chicken and rice some days il change the rice and just have veggies with the boiled chook, any one know any good diets? i have checked alot of sites, which yes tell me this and that but nothing realy helps, so im still learing about different diets, this would one of my diets for a week,:

1 day breakfest- 2-4 pieces of toast and eggs or oats (good to lower estrogen)
snack- fruit/ protien shake (if i have a tub)
lunch- either tuna/veggies mixed with cabbage or grilled fish and veggies
snack- fruit bar or just fruit or shake if i have some
dinner-boiled chicken and veggies or boiled white rice
training 3 hours weights and cardio
this is pritty much all i eat every day if i get hungry between meals i normally just eat fruit bars or fruit sometimes i'll make eggs and eat them by them selves, i try to limit the bread eating, i love fruit esspically pears, ok so mainly my shopping list would look like this:

breast chicken
fruitt
rice
veggies
sometimes fish- this week no fish to see how i go because the fish may cause the blotness

with my stats:
age 25-turning 26 in de***ber
weight 120kg
BF% umm not to sure but last time i check im sure it was 36%
hieght 6 foot

reason for post , should i lose the body fat before injecting or inject and stay on a stricked diet and keep training 3 hours a day??? i have been told im over weight for my age and hieght, i do alot of cardio but dont seem to lose alot as i did before, i was thinking of getting some SUS-250 and do a cycle with that or just stick to the boiled chicken and see how we go for 4 months, the steriod thing im not rushing into even though i know alot about it i can wait, the only thing is SWIM cant get any PCT as we are aussie's and shit all happens here hahaha, iv heard with PCT i could jump on some test boosters from the supplement store and maybe eat alot of oats and eat alot of veggies, also i suffer from Deppression so im on realy good med's to keep my moods intact :-D ...

not sure what else you guys need to know but let me know, i will post some pictures up just to give you guys a run down, and might even keep putting up pix's as i go along with the training and diet,
also the Test e cycle was going to look like this:

4 weeks before inject- start liver detox
already on fish oils
week 1- Test e- thurseday inject 250ml
week 2-Test e- thurseday inject 250ml
Test e- sunday inject 250ml
week 3 Test e- thurseday inject 250ml
Test e- sunday inject 250ml
week 4 Test e- thurseday inject 250ml
Test e- sunday inject 250ml
week 5 Test e- thurseday inject 250ml
Test e- sunday inject 250ml
week 6 Test e- thurseday inject 250ml
Test e- sunday inject 250ml

    then wait 2 weeks ans start PCT with sticked diet alot of training/cardio maybe wait for another 2 weeks and start test boosters, i have tried tribulus its not to bad it balances me out alot, so what do you think about this cycle, feel free to change it feel free to give me any advice you want, not here to start or post shit this is what i think, if i get abusive replies then i'll change it up no problem at all

    I would add some D-Bol and Deca to the cycle.

    i was thinking Deca, D-bol not a problem to find these's days but dont realy want to touch it, might do a cycle of it when im older and well experienced...lol
