Looking for Weight Training advice

I seem to of hit a wall, I normally lift heavy, i dont train for anything really apart from Rugby! I bench about 115kg for 6 reps, so i would say i'm fairly strong, what i'm wanting to do though is to start lifting lighter weights to try and "cut up" Can anyone give me any advice on what weight/reps etc i need to be doing? and for how long?
