Need some info on using Sustanon 250 and winstrol and anaerobic threshold training in the the hot weather for 1-3 hours a day???? I just started this cycle on 4 days ago and took 1cc of Sust and 1/2cc of winstrol and trained out in about 92 degree heat for 2 hours keeping hydrated with electrolytes but after I got home I started feeling funny having muscle spazms and tightness in the chest and didnt sleep at all having spazms alomst all night. Is it SAFE to use this in the heat and what about the winstrol? I tried winny last years and didnt like the way it made me feel
