I'm doing my first cycle of Deca/Test E, 400mgs per weeek each. I am 38, 5'10 amd 210lbs. My BMR is 2522, cals. needed are 3909. I would like to put on good lean mass. Body fat is about 15%. I can't eat oatmeal it makes me sick. I get up at 4:45am and hit the gym at 6am. I workout hard for an hour. I take 30 sec. between sets and a min. between different exercises.
