First cycle diet advice

I'm doing my first cycle of Deca/Test E, 400mgs per weeek each. I am 38, 5'10 amd 210lbs. My BMR is 2522, cals. needed are 3909. I would like to put on good lean mass. Body fat is about 15%. I can't eat oatmeal it makes me sick. I get up at 4:45am and hit the gym at 6am. I workout hard for an hour. I take 30 sec. between sets and a min. between different exercises. I'm about to start the 5x5 workout to build mass. I plan to pin 400mgs "deca/test e on Sun and Thurs..


Diet so far is,
4:45am 48g Whey and a banana
7:45am 48g Whey, 2 whole eggs, whole wheat bagel and apple juice
945am 48g whey green vegs
1145 Chicken breast, yams, green vegs
145pm 48g whey
345pm Chicken breast yams green vegs
545pm Clean dinner of Chicken or talapia and vegs
845pm 48g casein protein then off to bed

Also I take L-carnitine and flax seed oil 3x per day
My plan is to take in 2g protein per lb and 1.5carbs per day. Any advise is much apprieciated.
For those of you wondering about pct I ahve HCG and Clomid on hand.
