First time user.

I'm 20 years old and i have been working out for about 3 years. i tore my acl & cracked a bone in my about 10 weeks ago so im currently training and getting my body ready for surgery which wont be until next sept.
i'm a first time user and would love some input on what would be good
i want to get cut but keep my strength
any suggestions or advice would be great
