I jus turned 18 and am lookin to get into somthing that can jump start my work outs and get me goin again.I have lifted for 2 years but of late i am having trouble going anywhere. I have about 6'2 and weigh 165 pounds. any advice on some cycles or any ideas would be muchly appreciated.
