I am looking to cut alot of my fat with a cutting cycle. Any help would greatly help!

t Hi everyone.

I am 20 years old 5'11 219. I have like a pair shaped body. I weighed 236 less than a month ago. I just started a diet which i know you would not preffer I am eating a grilled chicken breast and some green beans. a day I know im not consuming alot of calories and I know im eating away muscle too. but when I find one or a stack of a steroid I will start eating the way I know I am supposed to. anyways ill tell you my stats yall already know some but I have used bunch of steroids before prop, clen, enathate, anavar hgh, even a horse steroid which was the best. what I am thinking about and any suggestions would be great I was thinking about taking prop 1cc everother day with some var pills like 6 everyother day. eating 6 times a day. trying to consume 3000 calories with cardio running/ jogging 45 min everyother day then bi/tri monday thursday back and shoulders tuesdays and fridays ands abs and legs saturdays!!!!!! but if you have a more effective way to lose weight or gain muscle while looking thinner I would gladly change the whole thing thanks for any help! also i will be doing abs with my arm work out at the end but on saturdays I would like to do alot more than I could since I will be tired. thanks

    Wow you are taking in way too many calories in order to lose weight. I'm going to enter your stats into some calculators I found on the net you have to keep your protein intake at 328 grams a day. Carbs 109g a day, fat 43g a day and 2190 calories a day. If you stick to this diet and work hard on weights and cardio you should achieve a very low bf% and a sixpack

    Oh yeah plus var on has a 6 hour life so you should take it every day keep it in your system. I'm doing under 1cc of test prop EOD right now keeping the dose low to avoid bloat and drinking 5 litres of water to avoid water retention

    Check out Jamie Eason recipes on you tube. Easy to make clean food and she is hot

    Thank you varfreak i been working really hard eat alittle less carbs but around 70 to 80 but at 203 and I gained more muscle than I expected and jamie Eason recipes are good her chicken saled I made was to die for! and she looks great lol. but im taking 4 var pills everday 10mg and tren with alilttle bit of clenbuterol with it im taking right now 2.5cc of clen and tren everyother day so far so good my mid sections going away fast and my love handels are tighting really quick no fast food and cokes drink water and maybe a propel twice a week and if i wanna splurge ill drink a gatorade lol thanks couldnt have done this with out you man!

    i im sorry i meant .25 not 2.5 cc im not trying to kill people having a roid rage lol but i do want to get up to 1cc of each then for a bulking stack i was thinking of 3 things anadrol deca 300 and one of my fav to keep alittle less water retention some eq? what do you think? i wont take the cycle till about 4 to 6 weeks after my cutting cycle but i will take recycle after the cutting to get my hormones back to my natural balence it always seems to work.
