You won't get *too bulky*, after just one cycle, unless you are a dwarf.
Assuming it's correctly dosed test, 500 mg / wk will do wonders to bring you quality mass.
You might get a little bloat (water retention) while cycling, but there are other compounds such as dbol where this is far worse.
It is a smart choice to do testosterone as a first cycle, to see how your body reacts and adapts. It's the mother of all anabolic steroids. I'm currently doing the very same.
