    my stats are
    24 yr old
    220lbs
    19%bf
    5' 10"
    training for about 3 yrs consistantly total of 5 yrs tho

    Eating about 3500-4000 kcal per day

    train 5 days a week
    mon: chest and triceps abs 30 min cardio
    tue: back and biceps
    wen: legs and abs 30 min cardio
    thur: shoulders and triceps
    fri: biceps and functional exercises then cardio for 45min followed by extended stretching after wards
